Faye was born on February 10, 1922, in Llanfair, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Township High School class of 1941. She worked in a factory during WWII and in 1946 married Braydon L. Hassinger. They served in the United States Air Force until his retirement in Orlando in 1968. Faye worked at the McCoy Navy Exchange until she retired in 1989. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Pine Castle and served as Sunday School class treasurer.

Faye was born on February 10, 1922, in Llanfair, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Township High School class of 1941. She worked in a factory during WWII and in 1946 married Braydon L. Hassinger. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Pine Castle and served as Sunday School class treasurer.



Faye had a passion for cooking and baking and had an huge collection of cook books to prove it. Her chocolate chip cookies were the very best. She was a fantastic seamstress and made clothes and costumes and drapes for the home. She was an avid MAGIC fan and knew all of the scores and stats - she spent many hours on the phone with her friend as they watched the game in progress. Most of all, she had a loving heart and was a devoted mother and loyal friend.



Faye was preceded in death by her husband in 1983 and her three brothers, Byron, Owen, and Bill. She is survived by her two children, Ronald L. Hassinger of Leavenworth, Washington, and Nancy Lorraine Snow of Orlando. Also, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren
